Conversantix is a business process outsourcing company. When a client outsources a process to us — customer support, sales, or back-office work — we take responsibility for running it: the people, the workflow, the quality framework and the reporting. Our teams work from three Conversantix offices, in New York City, Noida and Bangalore.
Built on over a decade of BPO operations, customer experience and performance management experience. We run our clients' processes with our own people, and we have worked inside operations like theirs long enough to know where they break.
Support queues that outgrow the team handling them. Back-office work that piles up faster than it clears. Outbound programmes with no consistent qualification standard. Operations running without a quality framework or a workforce plan. We take these processes on and run them properly.
Because outsourcing a process should not mean losing sight of it. Conversantix was built to run customer, sales and back-office operations to the standard our clients would hold them to themselves — with the quality monitoring and reporting to show it.
We believe the organisations that win over the next decade will be those that design every customer touchpoint with precision — not intuition. Our vision is to be the outsourcing partner that helps ambitious businesses get there, faster and with greater certainty than they could alone.
We pursue this mission by taking real operational accountability — for the teams we staff, the processes we run, and the numbers those processes produce. An outsourcing partner should be answerable for the operation, not just for the invoice.
Not posters on a wall. The standards we hold ourselves to on every client engagement, every week — from the first discovery call to the final performance review.
We measure our value by the results we deliver — not the hours we bill, the slides we produce, or the frameworks we reference. If the metric does not move, the engagement is not finished.
We tell you what we actually find — not what you hoped to hear. The hardest conversations are the most valuable ones. Clarity over comfort, every time.
When a process is ours to run, it is ours to answer for. We do not hand back a problem with a recommendation attached — we resolve it inside the operation and report what changed.
Every recommendation is grounded in data. We agree on baselines before we start — and let the numbers do the talking. Gut feel is not a strategy we invoice for.
We build operations that are repeatable and documented, not dependent on a handful of people knowing how things work. Process documentation, quality frameworks and reporting belong to the client throughout.
You own everything we build. Full transparency on every decision, every deliverable, every data point. No black boxes. No proprietary lock-in. No exceptions.
Every Conversantix engagement follows the same rigorous structure — designed for speed, accountability, and measurable outcomes at every single stage.
Every engagement begins with baseline measurement and ends with evidence. We agree on numbers before session one and report against them every week. If the data does not move in the right direction, neither do we — until it does.
Technology optimises. People retain. We design CX strategies that honour the human on both sides of every conversation — building the kind of trust and loyalty that no automation script, however sophisticated, can replicate.
We structure every engagement around specific, measurable outcomes — not vague deliverables or open-ended retainers. You know exactly what success looks like, what it will take, and when you will see it, before we begin.
We do not use borrowed credentials or fabricated logos. Here is exactly what we bring to every engagement.
We run live BPO operations, own CSAT and service levels as KPIs, and build QA frameworks from the ground up. We do not theorise about contact centre performance — we are accountable for it.
We do not send slide decks and disappear. We staff the operation, review real contact recordings, run the QA sessions and coach the team leads — because the performance of that operation is ours to answer for.
Our quality, measurement and coaching practice aligns with the COPC Customer Experience Standard. Evaluations are scored by contact type and calibrated regularly, so quality results mean the same thing month to month.
Weekly KPI summaries. Monthly deep-dive reports. Complete client ownership of every deliverable we produce. You always know what is working, what is not, and precisely what we are doing about it.
We agree the metrics that define success before an operation goes live, and report against them for as long as we run it. What gets measured is set down in writing at the start, not negotiated afterwards.
Taking a process on is a project in its own right — knowledge transfer, documentation, hiring and training, then a staged ramp-up. We plan the transition with you rather than switching the work over and hoping it holds.
"We built Conversantix from inside operations, not from a textbook. Years spent running BPO floors taught us the same thing over and over: companies lose customers not because the product failed, but because a conversation went wrong. A script that did not anticipate objections. An escalation path that punished agents for solving problems. A queue nobody was forecasting for. Conversantix exists to take those processes on and run them properly — with our own people, to a quality standard we can show you. Our promise is simple: we will be the most operationally honest outsourcing partner you have worked with."
