Question 1

How does an outsourcing engagement actually work?

Accepted Answer

You outsource a process to us and we run it with our own people. We scope the work with you, document the handling standards and quality criteria, hire and train the team against them, then move volume across in stages. Once live, we run it day to day and report on quality results, volumes and service levels against the measures agreed at the start.

Question 2

What do you actually operate, and where from?

Accepted Answer

Four families of outsourced work: customer operations (inbound voice, email and chat, omnichannel support, technical support and helpdesk, customer retention); sales operations (outbound calling and sales, lead qualification, appointment setting); back-office operations (data entry and data processing, order management, document processing); and quality and workforce management. Our teams work from three Conversantix offices in New York City, Noida and Bangalore.

Question 3

How is pricing structured?

Accepted Answer

We do not publish fixed prices, because scope varies with volume, complexity and which parts of a process move across. We size it with you first, and commercial terms are set out in writing before work begins.

Question 4

How long does transition take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the process, its complexity and the systems involved. The shape is consistent: scoping and due diligence, then knowledge transfer and training, then a staged ramp-up rather than a single cut-over. We do not move live volume until training and quality criteria are signed off.

Question 5

Do you guarantee results?

Accepted Answer

We do not make guarantees that depend on factors outside our control. We agree the measures the operation will be run against before it goes live, and report against them for as long as we run it. Performance commitments, where they apply, are set out in your agreement.

Question 6

What do we need in place before outsourcing to you?

Accepted Answer

A process you are willing to document, system access for the team that will run it, and someone on your side who can make decisions during transition. We work in your tech stack rather than requiring a specific one.

Question 7

How do we get started?

Accepted Answer

Email support@conversantix.com with the process you are considering outsourcing and roughly what it looks like today — volumes, channels, systems. We will tell you honestly whether it is a fit and what taking it on would involve.
